Phone Consultation
All prospective new clients must be have a phone consultation with Amanda prior to being accepted as a client. This phone session serves as an opportunity to address any queries you may have and to go over details about your home, our services and polices, and your pets.
Meet & Greet
After your consultation, we may require an in person meet & greet. This allows your pet to become acquainted with us in the comfort of their familiar surroundings. Moreover, it provides us with the opportunity to observe your pet's behavior, temperament, and any specific needs they may have.
