On Point
Training & Behavior
Sometimes our pets need extra guidance with behaviors — especially if past experiences, anxiety, or fear are getting in the way of confidence, connection, or peace at home.
For professional, compassionate, and science-based support, we now partner with Foxy & the Hound Animal Training — led by Shelby Mildenberger, a highly qualified force-free animal behavior professional.
Meet Shelby
Shelby is a Registered Veterinary Technologist and one of very few in Canada who is a Board-Certified Veterinary Technician Specialist in Behavior (VTS-Behavior). Her background in veterinary medicine, combined with years of advanced behavioral training experience, allows her to use the most up-to-date, ethical, force-free methods to help pets and guardians succeed together.
