On Point is licensed to operate in the City of St Albert and the City of Edmonton.
We also carry liability insurance, are bonded, and have WCB coverage for our employees.
Our staff are certified in Pet First Aid & CPR and receive additional training from a Registered Veterinary Technician on medical care.
On Point is committed to using scientifically based, force free methods. We will not use adverse tools, fear, pain, or intimidation with any of the animals we care for.
On Point was voted St Albert's 'gold' level pet care provider in 2024 and has been nominated again for 2025.

"Amanda with On Point Pet Sitting took care of Charlie while we were on holidays for 2.5 weeks. Charlie is a high maintenance cat with health issues needing daily medication. I was quite stressed about leaving him for the first time for this length of time.
Amanda sends reports 2x a day after each feeding and pictures which was really appreciated. She followed the treatment and feeding plan and gave helpful feedback during the time that we were away. Charlie didn't have any flare ups of his medical issues while we were gone and was happy and healthy when we arrived home.

"Would high recommend to anyone looking for a pet sitter!
Amanda was very professional and prompt when I first inquired about the services. She went into great detail about the services and options available to us. We scheduled a meet and greet with our two dogs, it went great. We had Amanda and her partner stay overnight at our house for a few nights plus daytime visits and we were constantly provided with updates and photos through the online portal.
Our one dog needed medication and extra treatment which she quickly provided. We will definitely be booking with them again and highly recommend to anyone looking."
