Key Policies

New Client Requirement

All new clients must complete a phone consultation and in-person meet and greet before services begin. This allows us to get to know you and your pet, review routines, and ensure a good fit.

Pet Health & Safety

  • When applicable, pets must be been vaccinated against rabies and be safe to handle.

  • Any behavioral concerns (aggression, anxiety, reactivity etc.) must be disclosed in advance.

  • We prioritize safety and may use tools such as muzzles when necessary but will never use prong collars or shock collars.
     

Scheduling & Booking

  • Services are available daily from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 365 days a year.

  • Visits are scheduled within 2–3 hour arrival windows to allow for routing and flexibility.

  • Bookings made within 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee.

  • Services are subject to availability.

  • Weekly recurring clients receive priority scheduling and discounts.

  • Visits outside our our 10km radius are subject to an additional $2/km fee per visit.
     

Access to Your Home

  • Clients must provide safe and reliable access to the home via either keys in lockbox or keyless entry.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access is working at the time of service.
     

Rates, Cancellations & Fees

  • Weekends are an additional $15 per service

  • Visits scheduled on holidays are double the service rate

    Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable retainer is required to reserve your booking

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the start of service

  • We accept cash, e-transfers, and credit cards (via client portal)

    Cancellations

  • Overnight services require 30 days’ notice

  • Daily services require 48 hours’ notice

  • 50% of all bookings is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing

  • Late cancellations may be subject to additional fee
     

Discounts & Extras

  • Clients who book services on a weekly recurring schedule will receive $5 off all services

  • We offer a referral program where new clients will receive $10 off their first service and the referring client will receive a $20 credit

  • First responders will receive a discount of 15% off all services

  • Our meet & greets are complimentary and necessary to assess routine, behavior, and build trust with you and your pet
